Owner disbursements are processed monthly. Funds are deposited directly to owner's bank account twice a month; the 10th and the last day of the month. A detailed statement showing all income and expenses for the period is available on the owners portal.
Tenants submit requests through our online portal. We review each request, coordinate with our network of vetted local contractors, and keep both the tenant and owner informed throughout the process.
